About the Job

Work in Boden – with paid travel and accommodation

As a bricklayer with a leading international construction company, you will have the opportunity to work on a larger project in Boden. For those living elsewhere, both travel and accommodation are offered. In this role, you will be responsible for erecting walls, facades, and partition walls through masonry of load-bearing structures, in accordance with applicable safety regulations and quality requirements.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with the team leader and other professional groups on site, where safety, quality, and teamwork are the focus. You are expected to read and interpret sketches, drawings, diagrams, and instructions for various masonry solutions and materials.

The assignment is a full-time consulting position with a 6-month fixed-term employment, where you will work 2 shifts for 6 weeks with our client in Boden, followed by 2 weeks of continuous leave.

Accommodation and travel are provided for those not residing in the area. The planned start is in early 2026.

About You

We see that you are a meticulous, flexible, and responsible bricklayer who collaborates easily across different interfaces. You enjoy working together with your team to safely adhere to safety routines and regulations. Our client sees it as a plus if you have technical competence in producing concrete and mortar with correct dosing. Furthermore, we expect you to have no barriers in the English language, both spoken and written, as many instructions may be in English. We see that you have 3-5 years of experience in traditional masonry and preferably certified to operate lifts and other mobile work platforms. Additionally, having a vocational education as a bricklayer will be highly valued.

Requirements for the Position

  • At least 3 years of experience in traditional masonry.
  • Previous experience in building walls with various materials such as concrete blocks and bricks.
  • Ability to organize the storage of equipment and materials for an efficient workflow.
  • Experience in interpreting sketches, diagrams, and instructions for various products.

Meritorious

  • Certified to operate lifts.
  • Vocational education as a bricklayer.
